LAUNCHING OF OUR NEW BRAND OF EXPANDED PAPER EXHAUST FILTERS
We are proud to introduce our new brand of expanded paper exhaust filters for spray booth: SprayMesh.
This new brand has been successfully developed and tested by our teams located in Montréal, Canada.
Allowing a high efficiency filtration performance, SprayMesh filters are made of recycled kraft paper. Several layers of meshed paper, going from very large to very small meshes are assembled to form a multilayer progressive mesh filter. This configuration allows an in depth paint loading, first layers taking care of the loading capacity, last layers allowing a high efficiency filtration performance.
SprayMesh Expanded Paper Media is offered in multiple capacity and efficiency levels:
SprayMesh - Base
The BASE mesh paper paint arrestors consist of 6 layers of woven paper mesh.
Expanded paper exhaust filters are an economical solution for paint exhaust removal and provide high efficiency as well as good holding capacity.
SprayMesh - Efficiency
The EFFICIENCY mesh paper paint arrestors consist of 6 standard layers and 1 final layer of polyester. Polyester backing adds an additional layer to improve the efficiency of the filter and increases the filter’s life.
